1. Order processing

Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed during holidays or sales typically take an additional 3-5 business days to process. Please account for delays due to customs if you’re located outside of Canada.

 

2. Shipping

Free Shipping - orders are expected to ship within approximately 5 -10 business days

 

3. Returns & exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused. Dimensions and product details are all specified on respective product pages - If not satisfied with the product(s) for these reasons, clients will be responsible for paying for return shipping labels.

To start a return, reach out to us at email. Instructions for returning your item(s) will be sent to you via email. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
